CONDITIONS OF FUNDING
The Recipient shall:
Provide the Trust with an accurate record of the application and expenditure of the Grant including, but not limited to, receipts, banks statements and invoices.
- Advise the Trust immediately if they experience any issues or difficulties which may compromise the use of the Grant for the purpose granted.
- Provide the Trust with a brief (1 page) report accompanied by photographs (if appropriate) within three (3) months after the Grant has been used detailing the outcome, result, achievement etc. as a result of the Grant for promotional or future fundraising purposes.
- Allow the Trust to publicise their name, Grant amount, purpose and outcome (if appropriate). This includes, but is not limited to; social media posts, website updates and articles in the local community paper for promotional or future fundraising purposes.
This Pohutukawa Coast Helping Hand Trust website is owned and run by the Pohutukawa Coast Helping Hand Trust, a registered Charitable Trust.
